If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Please note: This is a handmade product assembled with adhesive, so over time, the glue may loosen slightly. In addition, strong impact or dropping the product may cause damage. Please handle with care when trying or using the product if you intend to return it.
Items that are broken, chipped, or damaged due to impact will not be accepted for return.

We may request photos of the product before processing your return.

Any returned items sent to Sirencharm without prior notice and approval will not be processed. Therefore, always contact us first and wait for our confirmation so we can assist you quickly and efficiently.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 2 – 3 business days for inspection.
Our team will then issue your refund and notify you by email.
The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
