HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Because our products are fully handmade with meticulous care and crafted from natural materials, shipping may take longer than mass-produced items.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and chosen shipping service.
All shipping estimates are in business days:

Rare cases (unfavorable weather or other natural delays) Up to 30 days

Please note: these are estimates, not guaranteed.

We cannot reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages arriving later than the estimate, and we don’t refund shipping fees for returned items.

How much does shipping cost?

  • US orders:
    Free standard shipping (5–10 business days)
    • If you’d like faster delivery (Fast Shipping, ~5–7 business days): additional shipping fee applies at checkout

  • Rest of the world:
    • Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout, based on your location


What countries do we ship to?

We ship almost worldwide, except for a few restricted countries.

Customs fees

Orders ship from the United States, so local customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
Although uncommon, Sirencharm cannot cover or refund these costs.


Risk-free shopping

If your order does not arrive within 60 days, we’ll issue a full refund.
That’s our promise.


International delivery

We cannot guarantee you won’t be charged customs duties or taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees set by your government.
For details, check with your country’s customs office.


Wrong address disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address when ordering.
If the address is incorrect and the order has shipped, we cannot change it.
If the package is returned to us, we can offer an exchange or refund.
Sirencharm is not responsible for packages sent to wrong addresses provided by the buyer.


Shipping policy

Sirencharm isn’t responsible for taxes, customs duties, or fees at the destination country.
If:

  • The customer refuses the package, or

  • Delivery attempts fail at the destination country

Sirencharm may abandon the package and no refund will be given.
