WHAT IS SIRENCHARM’S WARRANTY POLICY?

Quality is always our top priority, but we understand that occasional issues may still occur.
If you experience a problem with your purchase, we’re happy to replace it free of charge!

All our products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only.
Please note: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental drops or impacts, misuse, negligent handling, or unauthorized repairs.
Proof of defect (such as photos or video) is required and will be requested by our team.


If your item is defective:

✅ You may request a full refund within up to 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ After 7 days (and up to 30 days), we offer an exchange instead of a refund.

Simply email us at support@sirencharm.art, attaching clear photos or video showing the defect, and we’ll assist you promptly.


Exclusions: scratches, dents, chips, marks on the outer surface; damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage; or unauthorized modification or repair.
